Fresh Broccoli Salad

I love to eat vegetables, especially broccoli.  What’s even better is when fresh broccoli is mixed with bacon and cheese!  This broccoli salad recipe tastes great with burgers, grilled chicken or even steak.  
 
Gather your ingredients: 4 cups chopped broccoli florets, 8 slices cooked bacon, diced, 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese.  
For the dressing you’ll need: 1 cup light mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons white vinegar.
  
Mix the broccoli, bacon and cheese together in a bowl.  Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together in a separate bowl.  

Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the broccoli mixture and mix well.  Refrigerate for about an hour to chill.  Now it’s ready to serve!
